Sisters doing it for themselves, my inspiration...

My biggest dream has always been to be my own boss, open up a business, do what I love and make a success out of it. There have been doubts in my mind about whether I would be able to turn that dream into a reality until I realised that strong women in business had the same fears when they started their empires. I am HUGELY inspired by Stoned Cherrie founder and MD, Nkhensani Nkosi. She is graceful and has made a huge name for herself in the fashion industry. She boasts a mantelpiece of awards, the most rewarding as a business woman being The Top Success Story of The Year – Top Women in Business And Government 2005. Other awards include The Young Business Achiever of the Year – Young Business Quarterly (2003).
Despite everything she has achieved she manages to remain grounded and she doesnt flaunt her achievements.

One other woman that inspires me is Khany Dlomo, she has achieved so much and has takled the male dominated world of business with such poise and class. She was editor of True Love magazine for eight years and has numerous awards under her belt. She was named most influential woman in South African Media by The Media Magazine in 2003 and made the 2011 Forbes list of 20 Young Power Women in Africa. She is currently the founding member of Ndalo Media which she founded in 2007. She is also founder of DestinyConnect and the Founding Editor of Destiny Magazine.

With that said I cannot was to drink life to the lees, grab every chance and opportunity I get to make things happen... for myself!
